How does it work?
All items are pre-ordered. Orders typically open a week before the Pop Ups. Order close dates are specified, but typically we sell out much in advance of the order close dates. You pick up during the pickup window and enjoy!
Can I recommend restaurants?
Please do! We love restaurant requests. Email hello@sf2bay.com and let us know what you are missing and we will aim to bring it to you.
Where are the warming instructions?
The warming instructions are on our website here. We also provide a link to the warming instructions on the pickup reminder emails we send.
When are the pickup windows?
The pickup windows are on Tuesdays from 5-5:45pm in Woodside, Tuesdays from 5:15-6pm in Los Altos, Wednesdays from 4:45-5:45pm in Lafayette, Wednesdays from 5-5:45pm in Burlingame, Thursdays from 5-5:45pm in Palo Alto and Thursdays from 5-6pm in Mill Valley & Kentfield. Our staff leaves each location at the end of the window. Please be sure to pick up your food before then.
Can I come early to pick up?
On occasion, we are at the pickup site early. We cannot guarantee that though.
What happens if I am late to pick up my order?
All orders must be picked up by the end of the pickup window. We do not offer refunds for people who miss their pickup windows.
What if there is a problem with my order?

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled if you email hello@sf2bay.com prior to the order close deadline. Once the orders have been closed, we cannot cancel them.
