With fresh fish flown in three times a week from the renowned Tsukiji Fish Market, San Francisco's Live Sushi has gained a reputation not just for the freshest nigiri, but for their array of signature rolls and boxes. Guests can enjoy Japanese cuisine, with a slight California twist.
Chef Jerry Chen, who has been with Live Sushi Bar for more than six years, is well-known for his flawless sushi creations, and his alluring omakase (chef’s choice) menu.
